Kloeckner Tulare is a full-service metal supplier strategically located in the heart of California’s Central Valley, the nation’s most fertile agricultural area. For more than 45 years, Tulare has hosted the world’s largest farm equipment show, underscoring its central role in agriculture and industry. Positioned midway between San Francisco and Los Angeles, the Tulare branch is ideally situated to provide timely deliveries throughout Northern and Southern California, as well as to bordering states.

The facility covers 126,000 square feet on five acres and is fully rail-served by BNSF Railroad, offering customers efficient material flow and logistics. Tulare stocks a wide range of products including hot rolled and HRP&O, cold rolled, galvanized, and carbon plate grades. Customers can choose from plates available in as-rolled, normalized, and quenched & tempered specifications, ensuring that every order meets demanding application requirements.

Beyond its product offering, Kloeckner Tulare delivers a range of value-added services designed to increase customer efficiency and reduce costs. These include toll processing, managed stocking and consignment programs, just-in-time deliveries via truck, and digital contract management through Part Manager, Kloeckner’s proprietary customer portal. Processing capabilities at Tulare are extensive and include slitting, leveling, oxy-fuel and plasma cutting, shearing, press braking, plate rolling, and certified welding. The branch also operates the advanced FRAMECAD® ST950H Roll Former, which produces C and U profiles with web sizes from 6 to 12 inches, flange heights from 1.5 to 3.5 inches, and material thicknesses from .043 to .097 inches. This machine adds advanced precision punching and expands Tulare’s ability to serve the building products, steel framing, and purlin markets. Additional drilling and light machining services are available upon request, rounding out Tulare’s ability to provide full-service metal solutions to its customers.
