Cigna Healthcare has recognized Kloeckner with the 2024 Silver-Level Healthy Workforce Designation, a national honor awarded to organizations that go above and beyond in supporting employee well-being.

Wellness isn’t something we talk about once a year at open enrollment. Our leaders are an active part of the process, advocating for mental health, involving themselves in wellness events, and encouraging their teams to take advantage of what’s available.
We want our employees to see their leaders prioritize their well-being, and it sends the message that it’s okay and encouraged to take care of yourself.
We know how hard it can be to ask for help, so we’re removing the roadblocks. That includes eliminating out-of-pocket costs for mental health visits, prescriptions, and treatment. We also launched an anti-stigma campaign to help normalize the conversation.
It’s not enough to have great benefits; we want our team to know about them, too. Through newsletters, posters, events, and our amazing Wellness Ambassadors, we’re making sure the message gets out.
Being recognized by Cigna is a huge honor. But for us, it’s not about the award, it’s about the people behind it.
