Kloeckner Metals Earns 2021 Top Workplaces USA

We’ve done it again. Only this time, better.

In the past, Kloeckner Metals placed in the top 50 of mid-sized employers in Atlanta by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. This year, we are among the best in the country, according to a survey conducted by Top Workplaces.

Top Workplaces takes a science-based approach to employee engagement backed by survey software Energage. Their research and benchmarking data evidence that the best workplaces value organizational health.

More specifically, Top Workplaces highlights companies that successfully engage their employees, where “employees want to align with the company’s vision, be challenged by a high-performance culture, and feel that they are valued and that their voices are heard.”

To this end, Kloeckner Metals has earned the 2021 Top Workplaces USA award! The award is based solely on the feedback offered through the employee survey Top Workplaces administered just a few months ago.

Not only are we excited that we earned this distinguished award, we’re honored that we were able to do so during an utmost challenging time. We saw that concerted efforts over the years to create a quality company culture and work environment created the right foundation to overcome challenges this and last year. This includes our digitalization efforts and willingness to constantly evolve in order to meet today’s and tomorrow’s most difficult tasks.

The Top Workplaces survey also served as an opportunity for employees to contribute feedback. We look forward to demonstrating our commitment to our outstanding employees by integrating their feedback and continuing to provide a fulfilling, award-winning work environment.
