We’re excited to welcome Haley Tool & Stamping Inc. (Haley) to the Kloeckner family! Based just outside Nashville, Tennessee, Haley is a trusted manufacturer known for their high-quality stamped metal parts. With more than 40 years of experience serving customers across the Southeast, Haley has built a reputation for quality, consistency, and craftsmanship.

Adding Haley to the team enhances Kloeckner’s manufacturing portfolio, particularly in the area of hard tool stamping. By integrating Haley’s advanced tooling operations, we’re boosting our efficiency and production flexibility. These capabilities complement Kloeckner’s existing operations and will support growth in high-value-added business segments.

Strengthening Our Stamping Expertise

Stamping is an essential manufacturing process that allows for the efficient production of high-volume, consistent parts. Haley specializes in hard tool stamping, a process that uses custom, dedicated dies to shape metal components with exceptional accuracy and speed. This approach offers a clear advantage for large production runs and intricate part geometries.

With Haley’s capabilities now part of our network, Kloeckner can provide customers with even greater consistency, speed to market, and cost efficiency. It’s a win for our customers and a big step forward for our production capabilities.

Enhanced Capabilities, Strategic Location

Haley operates out of a 50,000-square-foot facility that houses multiple stamping presses ranging from 50 to 440 tons. In addition to its stamping operations, Haley offers:

• Tooling and Engineering: Tool and die maintenance and repair, tool and manufacturing engineering, and special machine design
• Precision Manufacturing: Multiple stamping presses (50 to 440 tons), wire cut EDM, and shearing up to 10’ and .125” thick
• Assembly and Finishing: Welding and riveting assembly, parts finishing, painting, and plating
• Digital Capabilities: CAD design, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and barcoding for traceability

Haley’s facility is also conveniently located near our American Fabricators and Murfreesboro (MUR) operations, enabling closer collaboration and streamlined logistics across our regional manufacturing network.
