Before joining Kloeckner, Erdman held leadership roles at major organizations, including McDonnell Douglas/Boeing Aerospace, The Coca-Cola Bottling Company, and DS Services of America, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
