I have been here for 31 years. On a daily basis I supervise my employees, and we make sure we keep orders flowing out to the plant on a timely basis so that no machines go down, we keep everything running. It’s a mental challenge, it’s definitely a challenge. When I started, I was 25 years old. At that time, all I was interested in was gaining experience and I figured three or four years here, it’d be a good stepping stone for me. And look what happened. The senior scheduler sort of took me under his wing and started teaching me things, and I just gradually worked with him more and more and more, and became very involved with what he did, and eventually filled in for him when he was on vacation. My relationship with the management team is very close. I interact with all of them on a daily basis, we’ve got good communication. I enjoy my job, I enjoy talking with all the employees, and I give them a smile when I go out there.
