Kloeckner Metals Announces The Promotion of Amanda Middendorf to VP Human Resources
Kloeckner Metals is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Middendorf to VP of Human Resources, effective August 21. Executive teams at Kloeckner Metals and parent company, Klöckner & Co SE, both unanimously supported the decision due to Amanda’s significant contributions on the talent management front these past few years.
“We are confident that Amanda possesses the leadership and team-building skills necessary to guide the HR Department’s transformational journey in support of Kloeckner Metals’ wider strategy and objectives,” said John Ganem, Chief Executive Officer of Kloeckner Metals.
“We look forward to working closely with Amanda as she enters her new role as VP of Human Resources and helps us set the stage for our ongoing digital transformation.”
Amanda is a human resources leader with over ten years of experience specializing in talent management, training and development, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Prior to joining Kloeckner Metals as its Manager of Talent Management in 2018, she held the positions of Manager of Talent & Leadership Development at ThyssenKrupp Elevator and of Director of People Operations at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, where she implemented and led the human resources function for the brand’s third-largest franchisee.
She has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Previously, she was the Founder and CEO of Fraction Marketing, a marketing agency providing fractional support to scaling startups with a focus on acquisition marketing and demand generation. Natalie holds a MBA from Tel Aviv University with concentrations in entrepreneurship and marketing and a BA in English from UCLA.
