Amanda is a human resources leader with over ten years of experience specializing in talent management, training and development, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Prior to joining Kloeckner Metals as its Manager of Talent Management in 2018, she held the positions of Manager of Talent & Leadership Development at ThyssenKrupp Elevator and of Director of People Operations at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, where she implemented and led the human resources function for the brand’s third-largest franchisee.
She has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
