We support our management and employees consistently in their professional development. Therefore we use our company´s own training centers for the targeted specialist and management employee development.
In addition, we have anchored the central significance of target-orientated personnel and management development for our corporate success as one of the four pillars of our long-term strategy. Throughout the Group, we have therefore been focusing as an initial step on internationally collaborative HR activities. By introducing a group-wide Management Competence Model, our managerial employees are provided in their Management Review with annual feedback with regard to their performance and development options.
